Leadership Development Course

Leadership Development is from July through November. We will meet at Herndon Library from 10 am - 12 noon about one Saturday a month. Each class is 90 minutes long, with 30 minutes at the end for personal mentoring.

A leader must:

• Be a member
• Complete the Leadership Development Course
• Demonstrate faithfulness (attendance, service, fellowship, etc.)
• Be a tither
• Maintain a good Christian testimony. (I don't expect leaders to be perfect; none of us are. But leaders should strive to follow hard after Christ.)

Completion requires attendance in at least five of the six classes. To be honored in church as a graduate with a certificate of completion requires attending all six classes. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule so that you can complete each class. You must arrive by 10:15 am for a class to count.

The dates are July 11, July 25, August 15, October 24, January 23, and February 27 (1-3 pm). Participation is by invitation only.
